Adrien is an twenty-two year veteran of real estate sales, specializing in residential and multi-unit sales in Chester and Delaware Counties of Pennsylvania. It's hard to believe it because she acts like she's twenty-five :) but those years of experience have really honed her skills, and given Adrien the ability to have innate knowledge of the market and what it takes to ensure client satisfaction. Some realtors take pride in their transaction volume and sales ranking, while Adrien takes pride in building client relationships and going above and beyond to see that each property gets the individual attention that it deserves. It's simple--she's not happy if you're not happy. It's this personal approach that has worked over her career and continues to flourish, and Adrien employs old-school tactics in managing her business. Focusing on one day at a time and one client at a time has proven to be the best predictor of success, and it's what sets Adrien apart from the rest. There's no transaction coordinator or assistant--when you hire Adrien, you are dealing only with her, throughout each aspect of the deal. In addition to working in real estate sales, Adrien is also an investor with multiple rental properties and owns Brandywine Redesign LLC, "flipping" several properties each year and working in construction management. In addition, she is a member of Country Edge LLC, where she is a partner in purchasing auction properties and renovating for sale. In her limited free time, Adrien enjoys watching & coaching her children as they compete in their favorite sporting events, walking her beloved Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Bailey & Abby, and spending time "down the shore" in Avalon, NJ as well as at her second home in Charleston, South Carolina. She is also an avid Philly sports fan, a mediocre cook, and a terrible golfer.
