I have been a licensed Realtor in Michigan and Ohio for over 17 years. I have watched the market rise and fall and rise again all while helping first time home buyers with their first purchases, help investors purchase rental properties from HUD and various foreclosure lenders. I have helped home sellers with short sales and difficult sales like VA and FHA listings. I was in the U.S. Marine Corps out of high school and after a small break joined the Coast Guard reserves and am still serving since 2004. Lots of normal every day sales helping buyers and sellers is my favorite, call me today. Thanks Aaron
