This community is an extremely convenient community for getting around by car. Wiseman is not very conducive to bicycling since the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and there is a significant amount of slopes. This community is also not very convenient for people who travel as pedestrians because meeting daily needs is practically impossible without a vehicle.
There are no high schools and no primary schools in this community. Concerning eating, in all cases, a car is needed to shop for groceries.
