Cars are a fairly good mode of transportation in this area. It is very convenient to come across a place to park. In contrast, the transit infrastructure in West Park is not very practical. Nonetheless, the neighborhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most properties are close to a bus stop. This neighborhood is not particularly appropriate for cycling since the bicycling infrastructure is somewhat poor, and there are a fair number of hills for cyclists to brave. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not especially practical for residents in West Park as running day-to-day errands is at times difficult without needing to use a car.

Services

It is sometimes feasible for home buyers in this part of the community to buy groceries as pedestrians. In addition, there is usually a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. With respect to education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in West Park.

Character

West Park is unique in that it contains both vibrant and quiet areas, making it appealing to more people. Even though the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this area places to go out at night are well-spread throughout the neighborhood. At the same time, this part of Summerlin South is very quiet overall, as the streets are especially tranquil. It is sometimes hard to reach parks within the neighborhood since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are around 10 public green spaces close by for residents to enjoy.
