Cars are a very good transportation option in Waterville. It is very convenient to access a place to park. In contrast, the transit system in Waterville is rather poor. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the census county division, and bus stops are commonly very close by. Most homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for those who prefer to travel as pedestrians as meeting daily needs is inconvenient without the use of a car. Waterville is also not very amenable to biking because the bicycling network is fairly poor, and the terrain is not especially flat.

Residents will value the proximity to primary as well as high schools, which are within a short distance from vast majority properties for sale in Waterville.
