It is convenient to park, and many homes for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway.

The Wards has a character that caters to a fairly diverse group of people. The Wards is quiet overall, as the streets are generally calm, although there are still several louder areas, especially near one of the railway lines. However, it is easy to get to public green spaces in the community since there are about 10 of them close by for residents to enjoy. Finally, even though this community is not known for its vibrancy, its main streets are still quite energetic, and places to go out at night are well-distributed throughout the area.
