The Enclave is very car friendly. It is very easy to find a parking spot. Most homes for sale in this community are located in places that are not very suitable for those who prefer to travel as pedestrians because almost no common errands can be run without a vehicle. Moving around by bicycle is also challenging in The Enclave as bike riders are faced with quite a few slopes, and the bicycling network is not very comprehensive.

Services

There are only a very small number of primary schools in this part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area and therefore they can be a very long distance away. Furthermore, this community does not contain any high schools. When it comes to food, home buyers in The Enclave usually need a vehicle to reach the nearest grocery store.

Character

People who prefer a relaxed ambience will enjoy The Enclave. The Enclave is especially quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. Greenery is not present in this part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area; however residents will find that there are parks in nearby areas outside of the community.
