Nearby green spaces in surrounding neighborhoods provide excellent opportunities for outdoor recreation. Convenience is further enhanced by accessible primary and secondary schools, while grocery stores and dining options are available within a reasonable distance. Easy car parking and several nearby bus lines also support practical daily commuting in this well-rounded community.

Most houses for sale in this neighborhood are located in places that are well-suited for pedestrians, although running daily errands is sometimes difficult without needing to get in a car. However, traveling by bicycle is at times difficult in this area since the terrain is not very flat, and there are few bike lanes. The car is often the preferred approach to move around in The Cliffs. It is very convenient to find a place to park. However, the public transit service in The Cliffs is rather poor. Thankfully, the neighborhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses.

Residents will welcome that no matter where their home is located in The Cliffs, both primary and secondary schools are nearby. Locals can choose between public and private high schools. When it comes to food, in all but a few cases, a car is required in The Cliffs to reach the closest supermarket. On the other hand, a restaurant is usually just around the corner, and a limited number of cafes is available as well.

Character

The Cliffs offers an unique mix of areas that are both busy and quiet. Even though this area is not known for its lively ambience, with the nightlife venues in nearby neighborhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located very close by. At the same time, this neighborhood is very quiet, as the streets tend to be very peaceful. It is sometimes challenging to get to parks since they aren't well-located. Despite that, there are about 10 public green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy.
