Las Vegas
Sunrise Manor presents a calm and peaceful neighborhood highlighted by quiet, serene streets that contribute to its relaxed atmosphere. Residents benefit from convenient access to around 30 supermarkets and an impressive selection of more than 150 restaurants, offering a wide variety of dining choices close at hand. Educational facilities are readily accessible with primary schools located throughout the area. The housing options are diverse, including a mix of single detached homes, small apartment buildings, duplexes, and mobile homes, with many properties built around 1989. Parking is easy to find, and multiple bus lines connect this community to nearby areas efficiently.
Driving is often the preferred method of transportation in this community. Coming across a place to park is quite easy. On the other hand, Sunrise Manor is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are about 10 bus lines, and it is especially convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most properties. This part of the Las Vegas Valley metropolitan area is not very bicycling-friendly as there are a fair number of slopes, and the cycling network is not very well-developed. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not especially practical for property owners in Sunrise Manor because few daily needs can be carried out without a car.
The closest supermarket in Sunrise Manor is typically only a rather short pedestrian trip away. In addition, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of options, and a small selection of cafes is available as well. As far as education is concerned, in this community, locals will generally be able to access primary schools as pedestrians. However, high schools are not especially plentiful and consequently may require a long trip to get to. Property owners have the choice between public and private schools at both the elementary and high school level.
Sunrise Manor is appealing, as it has both vibrant and quiet areas. Although this community is not known for its lively atmosphere, with its over 50 nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities. At the same time, this community is especially quiet overall, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic. It is sometimes challenging to get to public green spaces within the community since they aren't well-situated. Despite that, there are over 100 parks close by for residents to relax in.
