Commuting by car is very easy in Summit. Nearby highways, such as I-55, are very easy to access from anywhere in this town, and it is especially convenient to park. Getting around as a pedestrian is not very practical for residents in Summit as very few daily errands can be run without a car. Despite the fact that the terrain is moderately flat, this town is also not very suited for biking because the cycling infrastructure is fairly poor.
