Summit is a very good part of Summerlin South for traveling by car. Accessing a parking spot is generally easy. However, this part of Summerlin South is not very transit friendly. Getting around as a pedestrian is not very practical for residents in Summit as running common errands is occasionally challenging without needing a car. Summit is also not especially cycling-friendly since there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave, and there are very few bike lanes.
