The community features predominantly three-bedroom residences, accommodating various needs comfortably. The area enjoys generally flat terrain which supports bicycling, even though cycling infrastructure is limited. Parking is plentiful, making vehicle access simple and convenient. Residents have access to approximately ten nearby green spaces, providing opportunities for outdoor relaxation. The neighborhood’s quiet streets enhance a tranquil environment. While amenities such as restaurants and grocery stores are available, the calm setting remains the standout feature of Sorrento’s inviting atmosphere.

Sorrento is a very good part of Gilbert for driving. It is especially convenient to find a place to park. Traveling as a pedestrian is not very practical for house buyers in Sorrento because meeting daily needs is impractical without a vehicle. This neighborhood is also not particularly bicycling-friendly because the cycling infrastructure is rather poor. Nevertheless, there are a limited number of elevation changes to challenge cyclists.

Services

It is challenging to access the nearest supermarket as a pedestrian from anywhere in this neighborhood. Residents benefit from approximately 20 restaurants and coffee shops as well. With regards to education, there are only a few primary schools in this neighborhood and therefore they can be a long distance away. Furthermore, this neighborhood does not contain any high schools.

Character

The character of Sorrento is exemplified by its calm atmosphere. Sorrento is very good for those who need quiet surroundings, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. Getting to parks is very hard in the neighborhood since they are distributed sporadically. Despite that, there are approximately 10 public green spaces nearby for residents to unwind in.
