Although cycling infrastructure faces some challenges due to elevation changes, streets provide defined routes for bicycle travel. The overall environment offers a peaceful setting with minimal street noise and close proximity to green spaces in adjacent neighborhoods. This neighborhood maintains a calm atmosphere favored by those seeking a tranquil place to live within a convenient driving distance of daily necessities.

Moving around by car is very convenient in Ridgebrook. Parking is easy. On the other hand, Ridgebrook is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighborhood. It is sometimes difficult to travel by bicycle in Ridgebrook as there are a limited number of bike lanes, and there are a fair number of hills for cyclists to brave. Most homes for sale in this part of the community are located in places that are also not very suitable for pedestrians since few daily errands can be run without the need to get in a car.

Services

Locals will value the proximity to primary schools, which are within a short distance from most, if not all, houses for sale in this part of the community. However, it can be very difficult to reach high schools without the need to get in a vehicle. Locals benefit from public and private elementary schools. As far as food is concerned, a vehicle is commonly required in Ridgebrook to reach the nearest supermarket. However, a restaurant is usually just around the corner, and there are also a few coffee shops in this part of the community.

Character

Ridgebrook is appealing, as it contains both vibrant and quiet areas. Although this area is not known for its vibrancy, finding one of the a few bars is very hard because they are generally situated in not convenient locations. At the same time, most areas in this part of Summerlin South are very quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. It is rather challenging to reach parks from many locations within the neighborhood since they aren't well-situated. Still, there are a few public green spaces close by for residents to discover.
