Transportation
The car is usually the best transportation option in Precinct 3. It is especially convenient to park. Many of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very conducive to pedestrians because running daily errands is nearly impossible without needing a car. It is also difficult to move around by bicycle in Precinct 3 as there are very few bike lanes, and the terrain is not especially flat.
Services
High schools and primary schools are not plentiful in Precinct 3, and therefore not always within a short distance. Property owners are served by public and private elementary schools. With regards to food, in vast majority cases, a car is required in this area to reach the nearest grocery store.
