Pine Crest is also reasonably appropriate for cycling as bicycling is facilitated by the generally flat terrain. This part of the city is moderately car friendly. It is easy to park, and it is a short car ride to the closest highway from any home in this neighborhood. However, traveling by transit can be challenging in Pine Crest due to the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, train stations, such as the South Attleboro with access to the Providence/Stoughton Line, are usually relatively close by from the bulk of homes in the neighborhood. It is a rather short pedestrian trip to get to both primary and secondary schools from any location in Pine Crest. In addition to public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. In terms of eating, a supermarket is usually reachable within a rather short distance from anywhere in this part of Pawtucket. Likewise, those who like to dine in restaurants or cafes will have a good number of opportunities in Pine Crest. Home buyers can find a fair number of clothing stores within a short distance, for instance along Broadway.
No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighborhood, Pine Crest is a good option. Pine Crest is reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor, however noise can be problematic around one of the railway lines. However, green spaces, including Tower Road Woods and Slater Park, are very well-spread out and there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit, which makes it easy to get to them. Lastly, even though this area is not known for its lively atmosphere, the vibe is still quite energetic around its busier streets, and with its a few bars, there are options for nighttime activities.
