This part of the community is not especially bicycling-friendly as Oakview is home to rather poor cycling infrastructure, and riding is made difficult by the often hilly terrain.

Furthermore, Oakview is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat, and home buyers can enjoy a few cafes as well.
