Northern is rather car friendly. Finding a place to park is easy. Northern is not very conducive to people who get around as pedestrians since very few daily errands can be run without a car. The bicycle is a fairly poor means of transportation in this district as cyclists encounter a considerable amount of hills, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive.
Services
It is a short distance to get to primary as well as high schools from most homes for sale in Northern. Besides public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. Regarding food, reaching the nearest supermarket without the use of a car is possible for some, but not all, property owners in Northern. There are also a few opportunities for those who value restaurants within a short distance.
