North Hobbs is a very convenient community for driving. Parking is easy. Although the terrain is reasonably flat, the bicycle is a sometimes poor means of transportation in North Hobbs because there are few bike lanes. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very convenient for house buyers in this community since carrying out daily needs is impractical without the use of a vehicle.
Services
Some, but not all, house buyers in this community will live within a short distance of the closest grocery store. A limited number of restaurants are available in North Hobbs as well. With regards to education, primary schools are not numerous and accordingly not always within a short distance.
