Thankfully, there is the Newark on the Wilmington / Newark Line and Wilmington/Newark Line. The city is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily around the corner. A good number of people in the area use their bike since the bicycling network is moderately well-developed. In contrast, getting around as a pedestrian in this city is not very popular, even though meeting daily needs is easy without a vehicle.
Locals will welcome that no matter where their home is located in Newark, primary schools are close by. However, it can be very hard to access high schools as a pedestrian. Apart from public schools, there are private elementary and high schools. Concerning eating, the closest grocery store in this city is typically only a reasonably short distance away. Furthermore, Newark is a good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe.
Newark has a character that caters to a fairly diverse group of people. Newark is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor, although that is not the case around one of the railway lines or Delaware Tpke. However, it is very easy to access parks in the city, since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to check out, like Hann Park and Curtis Mill Park. Finally, even though this city is not known for its lively atmosphere, with its about 10 nightlife venues, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located very close by.
