Traveling as a pedestrian is not very practical for house buyers in this part of the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area as almost no day-to-day errands can be run without a vehicle. New River is also not particularly cycling-friendly because there is a considerable amount of hills, and there are few bike lanes.
