Montreux is an extraordinarily good part of the Reno metropolitan area for traveling by car. It is especially convenient to park. It is at times difficult to travel by bike in this part of the Reno metropolitan area as there are a limited number of bike lanes, and there are quite a few slopes. Montreux is also not very conducive to pedestrians because almost no daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Montreux. With respect to eating, in vast majority cases, a vehicle is needed to purchase groceries. A limited number of restaurants are available in Montreux as well.

Character

Montreux offers a calm environment and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. Green spaces, like Galena Creek Regional Park and Phillip & Annie Callahan Park, are very well-situated and there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit, resulting in them being easy to reach from a lot of locations in this community.
