Martin
Martin offers a peaceful and quiet environment with low traffic noise providing a serene place to settle. The township features a variety of single detached homes alongside well-maintained mobile homes, mostly with two or three bedrooms. Most housing construction occurred after 2000, giving the area a fresh and modern feel. Parking throughout the township is widely accessible, ensuring convenience for all who use vehicles to navigate. Though cycling infrastructure is limited, the area's gentle terrain makes for manageable movement by bike when desired. This community’s tranquil ambiance creates an inviting opportunity for comfortable living.
Martin is an extremely good area for traveling by car. Parking is quite easy. Even though riding is made easier by the generally flat terrain, the bike is a rather poor mode of transportation in Martin because the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not very practical for residents in this township since running daily errands is nearly impossible without a car.
Martin does not have any high schools or primary schools. In terms of eating, in all cases, a car is needed to buy groceries.
