Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in this town. It is very convenient to come across a parking spot, and the majority of properties for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway. Marlborough is not very cycling-friendly as riding a bicycle is made arduous by the typically hilly terrain, and this area has quite bad bicycling infrastructure. Marlborough is also not very suitable for those who prefer to get around as pedestrians because very few daily errands can be run without a car.
