A majority of the houses for sale in this community are located in areas that are not very suitable for pedestrians as very few day-to-day needs can be met without a car. Moving around by bicycle is also difficult in Lynchburg because there are a good number of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes.

Both primary and secondary schools are easy to access as a pedestrian from anywhere in Lynchburg. Concerning eating, in the majority of cases, a vehicle is needed to purchase groceries.
