This area is an extremely good precinct for moving around by car. Most real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as I-80, and parking is quite easy. Most houses for sale in this precinct are located in areas that are not very conducive to pedestrians as meeting day-to-day needs is impractical without a vehicle. Even though there are a limited number of hills, traveling by bicycle is also challenging in this precinct because the cycling network is quite bad.
Services
Property buyers may consider it difficult to get to high schools and primary schools without the need for a vehicle. At the elementary level, both public and private schools can be found. In terms of eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is needed in Logan to reach the nearest supermarket.
