The community features convenient access to several parks, offering ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Educational options are readily available with both public and private primary and high schools situated nearby. The neighborhood includes approximately 30 dining establishments and coffee shops, providing diverse culinary choices. Parking is generally convenient, and local bus lines ensure connections despite limited public transit coverage in the area.
Lititz is a fairly good part of the Lancaster metropolitan area for driving. It is straightforward to find a place to park. However, residents using public transit may experience limited choices in Lititz due to the infrequent service. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the borough, and the nearest bus stop is generally very close by. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Lititz, despite the fact that many daily errands can be run without a vehicle. This borough is also not very cycling-friendly because the terrain is not particularly flat, and there are few bike lanes.

With respect to education, both primary and secondary schools are convenient to access as a pedestrian from most houses for sale in this part of the Lancaster metropolitan area.
