Traveling by car is very convenient in Lehi. Parking is generally easy, and many properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, such as I-15. In contrast, the transit access in this part of the Provo-Orem metropolitan area is quite bad. Thankfully, property owners benefit from the American Fork Station and Lehi Station on the 750 FrontRunner. Property owners have access to a few bus lines. Bicycling is occasionally difficult in Lehi as there are few bike lanes, and there are a good number of slopes. Many of the homes for sale in this city are located in places that are also not very conducive to those who travel as pedestrians because very few daily errands can be run without needing a vehicle.

Services

It is a rather short distance to access primary schools from any location in Lehi. In contrast, there are only a limited number of high schools and consequently they can be an extended trip away. Residents benefit from public and private schools at both the elementary and secondary school level. When it comes to food, in most cases, a vehicle is needed to buy groceries in one of approximately 20 stores. A small variety of restaurants and cafes is available as well.

Character

Lehi is an excellent city to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. The noise levels in this part of the Provo-Orem metropolitan area are especially low, as the streets are generally very calm. Finally, it is easy to access parks in the city since there are over 200 of them nearby for residents to visit.
