Driving is a very good means of transportation in this neighborhood. Parking is quite easy. It is challenging for pedestrians to move around in this neighborhood as many daily needs are difficult to meet without a vehicle. The bike is a fairly poor method of transportation in Jack Britt because this area is home to quite bad bicycling infrastructure, and the terrain is not especially flat.
Services
Locals may find it very hard to reach high schools and primary schools without a vehicle. House buyers have the choice between public and private schools at both the elementary and high school level. Concerning food, in all but a limited number of cases, a vehicle is required to shop for groceries in one of about 10 stores. There are also a few choices for those who care about restaurants in close proximity.

Jack Britt offers a calm environment. Jack Britt is excellent for those who like quiet surroundings, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Many locations within the neighborhood have reasonably good access to public green spaces, including New Century International Complex, since they aren't well-spread out.
