Huslia offers a peaceful and quiet environment characterized by minimal street noise and a relaxed pace. The community predominantly features single detached homes with a variety of unit sizes, from lofts to spacious four-bedroom residences, built mostly around the late 1980s, providing a well-rounded selection for different preferences. Access to primary and secondary schools is convenient and close, making educational facilities readily reachable. While bicycling infrastructure is limited due to the hilly terrain and scattered layout, the city provides a calm setting with ample space and an emphasis on comfort and tranquility in daily living.
Huslia is especially car friendly. Many of the houses for sale in this city are located in places that are not very conducive to pedestrians as very few daily needs can be met without a car. Huslia is also not very cycling-friendly because cyclists are faced with quite a few elevation changes, and there are very few bike lanes.
It is a very short pedestrian trip to get to both primary and secondary schools from anywhere in Huslia. Regarding eating, in all cases, a car is required to shop for groceries.
