Hubbard is a very convenient area for driving. It is very easy to come across a parking spot. However, the public transit service in Hubbard is rather limited. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and it is straightforward to get to a nearby bus stop from most homes. Cycling is difficult in this area because Hubbard has fairly poor cycling infrastructure. Nevertheless, it is an even ride to most destinations. It is also impractical for pedestrians to navigate Hubbard since very few common errands can be run without a vehicle.

In all but a limited number of cases, a vehicle is required in Hubbard to access one of approximately 10 supermarkets. There are also a few options for those who appreciate restaurants in close proximity.
