Biking is very hard in this town because the bicycling infrastructure is quite poor, and bicycle riders are faced with a significant amount of elevation changes. Holderness is also not very convenient for pedestrians as many daily needs are very challenging to meet without the use of a car.

It can be very hard to get to high schools and primary schools as a pedestrian from houses for sale in this town. Locals have the choice between public and private elementary schools. With regards to eating, getting to the closest supermarket as pedestrians is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in this area.
