Many of the houses for sale in this community are located in places that are not very conducive to those who like to travel as pedestrians since running common errands is impractical without a vehicle. Holden is also not very bicycling-friendly because cyclists encounter a significant amount of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes.

Services

Locals will appreciate the proximity to primary schools, which are within a short distance from most properties for sale in this community. However, there are no high schools in this community. In terms of eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is needed to do groceries.
