Harrison is a very good village to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. It is easy to get to public green spaces in the village, since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to unwind in, like Saxon Woods Park and Rye Nature Center. This part of the Greater New York metropolitan area is also very quiet, as the streets are very peaceful closer to Cross Westchester Expy, I-684, the railway line or the airport (Westchester County).
