Commuting by car is very convenient in this city. It is very easy to come across a place to park. On the other hand, Happy Valley is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, commuters can count on SE Flavel St MAX Station, SE Fuller Rd MAX Station and Clackamas Town Center TC MAX Station with access to the MAX Green Line. House owners have access to about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most properties. Traveling by bicycle is challenging in Happy Valley since there is a considerable amount of elevation changes, and the cycling network is sometimes poor. It is also occasionally difficult for pedestrians to move around in this part of the Portland metropolitan area because very few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

Services

It is rarely an option for house buyers in Happy Valley to purchase groceries as pedestrians. Moreover, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and a small variety of coffee shops can be found as well. With regards to education, in Happy Valley, property buyers will usually be able to get to primary schools without a vehicle. However, high schools are not plentiful and thus tend to require a very long distance to get to. Along with public schools, there are private elementary and high schools.
