Transportation
Cars are a very good transportation option in Gulches. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot. This part of the community is cycling-friendly. Gulches is not very well-suited for pedestrians as very few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.
Services
There are only a few high schools and primary schools in this part of the community and therefore they can be a rather long pedestrian trip away. Locals are served by public and private elementary schools. As far as eating is concerned, a car is typically required in this neighborhood to access the closest supermarket. Residents of Gulches can enjoy a few restaurants as well.
Character
One of the unique aspects of Gulches is that it has both vibrant and quiet areas. Although this part of the community is not known for its lively ambience, with the bars in nearby neighborhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located around the corner. At the same time, this area is especially quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic.
