Gu Oidak is particularly car friendly. It is very convenient to park. It is very challenging for pedestrians to navigate this community because running daily errands is nearly impossible without a car. Gu Oidak is also not very cycling-friendly since the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed. Nonetheless, the topography is reasonably flat.
It is very rarely practical for house buyers in this community to travel to the nearest grocery store as pedestrians. As far as education is concerned, Gu Oidak does not contain any high schools or primary schools.
Home buyers who prefer a calm environment will enjoy Gu Oidak. Gu Oidak is very quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
