Cars are a great mode of transportation in this community. Most real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as I-293, and parking is quite easy. On the other hand, this part of the Manchester-Nashua metropolitan area is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the community, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. Goffe's Falls is not very convenient for pedestrians since meeting daily needs is difficult without a vehicle. Moving around by bicycle is also challenging in this part of the Manchester-Nashua metropolitan area because cyclists are faced with a significant amount of hills, and the bicycling network is rather limited.

Residents will welcome that wherever their home is situated in Goffe's Falls, primary schools are close by. On the other hand, there are only a very small number of high schools and accordingly they can be a very long pedestrian trip away. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools. In terms of eating, in most cases, a car is needed to buy groceries in one of about 10 stores. A small variety of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well.
