This part of Frederick is also amenable to cycling. Field Pointe is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, residents benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are typically around the corner. On the other hand, moving around by car is straightforward in Field Pointe. Most houses for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, and it is very easy to park.

Locals will welcome that no matter where their property is located in this part of Frederick, primary schools are nearby. In contrast, there are no high schools in this area. As far as food is concerned, house buyers in Field Pointe will value that a grocery store is always only a rather short distance away. Field Pointe offers an unique mix of areas that are both busy and quiet. Even though the atmosphere is not the most lively in this area with the nightlife venues in nearby neighborhoods, it is easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located a short distance away. At the same time, this part of Frederick is very quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.
