Fallon offers a peaceful and tranquil living environment with very low noise levels throughout the community. The neighborhood features a variety of spacious single detached homes, many of which provide four or more bedrooms, catering to those seeking larger residences. Its housing stock reflects charm from a significant construction boom before the 1960s, adding character to the area. Residents benefit from easy access to nearby highways, making travel by car convenient and efficient. While the community embraces a slow-paced atmosphere, parking availability is generous, allowing comfortable vehicle access for daily activities and errands.
Cars are an excellent mode of transportation in this community. Nearby highways, such as I-94, are very easy to reach from anywhere in Fallon, and it is very convenient to park. Traveling as a pedestrian is not very practical for property owners in Fallon as carrying out daily needs is impractical without a vehicle. Fallon is also not very cycling-friendly because there are a fair number of elevation changes, and there are few bike lanes.
There are no high schools and no primary schools in this community. Regarding eating, doing one's groceries very often requires the use of a car in Fallon.
Fallon is a wonderful community to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. Fallon is very quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
