Driving is an excellent means of transportation in this neighborhood. On the other hand, traveling by transit can be very hard in this part of the city as a result of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighborhood, and it is convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. Traveling as a pedestrian is not very practical for house buyers in this area as running common errands is inconvenient without a vehicle. Moving around by bicycle is also occasionally challenging in Fairway Point because the topography is not particularly flat, and the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive.
