The transit in Evergreen Hill is not very accessible. Thankfully, the neighborhood is linked by about 10 bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. On the other hand, cars are a fairly good medium of transportation in Evergreen Hill. It is convenient to find a place to park, and most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway, such as I-405.

It is a rather short trip to reach primary as well as high schools from anywhere in this neighborhood. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools. Regarding food, the nearest supermarket in Evergreen Hill is generally only a reasonably short trip away. 124th Avenue is among the best streets for groceries. Although the ambience is not the most lively in this neighborhood with its a few bars, there are options for nighttime activities. Evergreen Hill is especially quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. There are about 50 parks close by for residents to visit, including Edith Moulton Park and East Norway Hill Park, making it easy to get to them.
