It is very challenging for pedestrians to navigate this area because running common errands is nearly impossible without a car. It is also difficult to move around by bike in Eden because there are a fair number of slopes, and the bicycling network is not very extensive.
There are no high schools and no primary schools in this area. In terms of food, it is very rarely possible for home buyers in Eden to reach the nearest grocery store as pedestrians.
