This district is especially car friendly. Most properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as I-81, and finding a parking spot is quite easy. District 6 is not very conducive to those who get around as pedestrians because carrying out day-to-day needs is challenging without the use of a vehicle. This area is also not very cycling-friendly since riding is made strenuous by the often hilly topography, and there are few bike lanes.
Services
There are only a few high schools and primary schools in this area and accordingly they can be an extended pedestrian trip away. As far as eating is concerned, it is occasionally possible for home buyers in District 6 to shop for their groceries without a vehicle. A small selection of restaurants and cafes is available as well.

District 6 offers a calm atmosphere. District 6 is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor - although that is not the case around one of the railway lines or I-81.
