Transportation
Driving is an excellent transportation option in this district. Most of the street network is made for cars, and it is very convenient to access a parking spot. It is very impractical for pedestrians to navigate District 5 since most daily needs are inconvenient to carry out without a vehicle. The bike is a quite bad means of transportation in this district as the cycling network is quite poor. Thankfully, it is a flat ride to most destinations.
Services
There are only a few primary schools in District 5 and accordingly they can be a rather long pedestrian trip away. Likewise, District 5 does not contain any high schools. In terms of food, in all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is required to do groceries. Residents of District 5 benefit from a few restaurants as well.

District 5 offers a relaxed environment. District 5 is very good for those who prefer quiet areas, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
