Traveling by car is very convenient in this district. Most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway, and parking is quite easy. District 4 is not very suited for cycling since the bicycling network is fairly poor. Thankfully, cyclists do not face significant hills. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very feasible for residents in this area since few day-to-day errands can be run without a car.
Services
Residents will find that no matter where their house is located in District 4, high schools are close by. In contrast, primary schools are not very plentiful and therefore not always within a short distance. Besides public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. Regarding food, reaching the nearest supermarket without the need to get in a car is practical for some, but not all, house buyers in District 4. Residents of District 4 benefit from about 40 restaurants as well.

District 4 offers a calm environment. Most areas in District 4 are very quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
