The car is usually the best transportation option in this district. It is a reasonably short car ride to the nearest highway, such as I-20, from any home in this area, and parking is generally easy. It is impractical for pedestrians to navigate this area because meeting daily needs is inconvenient without a vehicle. District 4 is also not very cycling-friendly since there are a fair number of elevation changes, and there are few bike lanes.
Services
In District 4, house buyers will often be able to reach secondary schools as pedestrians. However, primary schools are not especially numerous and thus not always within a short distance. With regards to eating, a vehicle is generally required in District 4 to reach the closest grocery store. There are also a few options for those who value close by restaurants.
