District 3A is a fairly good area for driving. It is easy to park. Cycling is at times difficult in District 3A as the terrain is not especially flat, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive. Thankfully, certain bicycling-friendly areas exist, and there is a high density of cyclists. There also aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of District 3A, despite the fact that many daily errands can be run without a car.

Getting to one of approximately 10 grocery stores without a car is an option for some, but not all, house buyers in this area. A limited variety of restaurants can be found in District 3A as well. Concerning education, primary schools are easy to access as a pedestrian from most properties for sale in District 3A. In contrast, high schools are not very numerous and therefore not always within a short distance. Locals have the choice between public and private elementary schools.
