Driving is a great transportation option in District 3. It is very easy to park. A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for pedestrians as almost no common errands can be run without a car. Commuting by bicycle is also very difficult in District 3 because there is a significant amount of elevation changes, and District 3 has quite bad cycling infrastructure.

In all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is needed to buy groceries. There are also a few choices for those who care about restaurants within a short distance. With regards to education, there are only a very small number of primary schools and therefore they can be a very long pedestrian trip away.
