District 3 is an extraordinarily good area for getting around by car. This area is not very conducive to bicycling as cyclists are faced with quite a few slopes, and the bicycling network is rather poor. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not very practical for house buyers in District 3 because very few daily errands can be run without the need for a car.
