It is very inconvenient for pedestrians to move around in this district because almost no daily needs can be met without a vehicle. District 3 is also not very bike-friendly because the terrain is not particularly flat, and the cycling infrastructure is quite poor.

There are only a very small number of primary schools and thus they can be a very long trip away. With respect to food, buying one's groceries very often necessitates the use of a car in District 3. There are also a few options for those who care about restaurants within a short distance.
